I am an experienced psychotherapist and a co-founder of Carlton Psychology Ltd, with over 20 years of experience. I work with individuals, couples and teams, providing tailored therapeutic support to meet each client’s unique needs. My ability to work with a variety of demographics cross-culturally is evident, whether I am working with teens, young adults, couples, public figures, elite athletes and corporate entities. I describe myself as an integrative psychotherapist, offering a unique blend of effective therapeutic solutions, drawing on Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT). I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for exploration and growth using proven frameworks drawing from years of experience and clinical practice.
The therapeutic relationship is important and as such I aim to build a secure and trusting relationship from the outset, providing a safe environment in which my clients can explore their problems, thoughts and feelings. I offer both short and long term therapy, depending on the needs of the client. I offer daytime, evening and video appointments.
