As a client you might be struggling in life, either in relationships, work or feeling somehow lost, lonely or lacking in motivation. I’m naturally warm, caring & supportive & working as a therapist underpins my belief that self understanding contributes to healing and leading a more authentic life. I specialise in working with people from all walks of life. I also have experience in workplace issues, the creative arts: actors, models, musicians and preparing for castings/parts.
Taking that first step into counselling can be a daunting process. My aim is to walk beside you with warmth, compassion, understanding and safety as you take these first steps in your journey.
