I am here to support you on your journey towards greater understanding & wellbeing. I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist & a registered member of both the BACP and COSRT, bound by their professional codes of ethics. I work with a diverse range of clients on a variety of issues, including relationship difficulties, intimacy & sexual concerns, communication challenges, anxiety, and low mood.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different approaches to best suit the needs of my clients. The foundation of my practice is person-centred, while psychodynamic, CBT, and existential approaches may also be used depending on what feels most helpful for you

Every client’s therapeutic journey is unique. By talking through the issues that are causing you distress or difficulty, you can gain insight and pave the way for personal growth. I provide an empathic, non-judgemental, confidential, and safe space for individuals and couples to share and explore whatever is happening in their lives.
