I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP accredited) offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to young people (13+) and adults online via Zoom. I am aware that everyone is different and no two people’s needs are the same. I pride myself in being an approachable therapist and will tailor the therapy according to individual needs. In addition, I deliver CBT in accordance with the NICE (National Institute of Health and Care Excellence) guidelines.
I also offer Clinical supervision to both trainee CBT therapists and qualified CBT therapists. You can get in touch to see if we are a good fit.
Since I was an adolescent I have always had an interest in the way people think and why they behave the way they do. Post all of my academic achievements, I have been working in the mental health field since 2003, and have helped many people with both short term and long term difficulties also achieve their personal goals.
I am an approachable person and I will tailor the therapy according to your individual needs. I strongly believe that therapy can work alongside medication, however medication alone is not always the answer. My primary aim is to help people with their problem (s) by delivering CBT in the first instance.
