With over 10 years of experience in the public sector and NHS, I’ve helped people facing various mental health issues, such as neurodevelopmental difficulties (ASD, ADHD) and emotional and behavioural challenges (i.e depression, anxiety, attachment & developmental issues and PTSD). I focus on enhancing strengths, improving resilience and fostering recovery.
