I can offer an integrative approach or purely Cognitive Behavioural approach depending on preference or need. When offering an integrative approach, I use different therapy approaches from different therapy models to create a tailor-made therapy plan for you. The main theoretical approaches I integrate are humanistic, psychodynamic, relational and CBT.
