I am an experienced and fully qualified counsellor who has several years experience working for a variety of charities, including a GP surgery, as well as running my own successful private practice.
As a Humanistic and Integrative counsellor, I am able to draw from a variety of approaches best suited to meet your individual needs. These approaches include Gestalt, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), creative techniques, experiments and mindfulness.
