I'm Marie-Michele and I help people overcome people-pleasing, caretaking and codependent behaviours to help you have the happy and healthy relationships you want and deserve.
These behaviours are a response to trauma from previous dysfunctional relationships with parents, caregivers or siblings - resulting in self abandonment, which leads us focus on things outside ourselves, where we struggle to attune to our own needs and desires - instead we look for our sense of self worth by pleasing and appeasing others.
We will work together, at your pace, to support you in this journey, in a safe and confidential setting. We are all in a state of 'becoming'. That means the person we are today, right now, is not the whole story, there's more to you, no matter what bad or painful experiences you may have had, or who others say you are - you can create a new reality.
