Together, we will aim to ease the mental & physical discomfort of emotions, such as anxiety, sadness, fear or anger & work towards achieving a more balanced life. I am an experienced, integrative therapist & use various therapeutic approaches to draw on a variety of skills & techniques to suit you. My perspective is holistic, embracing mind, body & spirit, working with your thoughts as well as how you experience difficult emotions in your body.
I will listen in confidence and without judgement & suggest ways to explore & better understand the root cause of your overwhelm. I will help you begin to better manage those difficult feelings & to reduce their limiting impact on your day to day life. Change often then occurs naturally bringing with it a greater sense of calm, purpose & balance.
Deep inside ourselves, we have the answers to all our problems. At times though, we need someone to walk alongside, to listen unconditionally, support, encourage & gently challenge us, so we can learn to connect with that knowing part of our self to find those answers.
