I see counselling as a process of engagement between two people.
I have experience working with individual, adult clients, couples and have worked with young people for the last 15 years, from a variety of backgrounds. I am also able to support you if you are having relationship struggles, repeated negative behavioural patterns, anxiety or you just someone to hear you and your story.
Twelve years ago I began my journey into the counselling profession. My new found confidence and having a better sense of who I was helped me to help others. It was a difficult journey as I learned a lot about myself and others around me, but the journey was one I would trek again and again. Enabling clients to live a more fulfilled life is a real gift.
