Welcome, I'm Marianne. Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little extra support. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone, I’m here to offer you a space where together we can explore the issues that are troubling you.
My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy. Whether you would like to work towards specific goals, or simply have a safe confidential space for you to process what's happening in your life, this is up to you. You can choose the focus and pace of our work, to make sure that we are working in a way you feel comfortable with.
I offer individual therapy to adults, in-person and online. I have supported clients with a wide range of challenges, and specialise in working with anxiety, relationship issues, and eating disorders. As an integrative therapist, my approach integrates psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT approaches, allowing me to tailor to my approach to your needs.
