As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I centre my work on building a relationship of trust with my clients, where we can safely explore each person's inner world. In my work, be it with children, young people or with adults, I am keenly interested in supporting the whole individual.
Sessions with children are more art-and-play based.
Whatever the client's age, my approach is highly relational and based on building trust and atuning to each client with presence and empathy.
I also offer parent work sessions for parents who wish to address aspects of their relationship with their children and their family dynamics.
I bring together my skills and experience as a trained Child & Adolescent Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, my previous work in organisations, and my training on trauma, to hold a safe space for my clients to explore their inner worlds and the way they experience themselves and the world around them, be it through play, art or talking.
I highly value each client's personal experience and story. My insight and great capacity for empathy enable me to connect with each individual's story. My work is about supporting each person's unique process of getting to know themselves and feeling better resourced to build healthy relationships with themselves and others.
