Welcome. I am an experienced UKCP-accredited psychotherapist working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I offer a calm, thoughtful and confidential space for reflection, healing and change.
I have particular experience in supporting young people across a range of settings, including private practice and high-achieving school environments. This has given me a deep understanding of the emotional, relational and academic pressures they may face, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, family difficulties, loss, identity questions and neurodiversity.
My approach is holistic, compassionate and finely attuned to each person’s needs. Alongside talking therapy, I work creatively with dreams, visualisation, drawing and sandtray, offering gentle and effective ways to express what may be difficult to put into words. I work in both English and French.
