Welcome. You may be here because of a period of crisis or for support to manage a longer term issue. Finding a balance between work, relationships and family can be difficult especially in these challenging times. Through our work together I can help you gain an increased sense of well-being, control and resilience. There are many reasons why we reach out for help in times of confusion and pain and you do not have to be alone.
I offer face to face, telephone and online sessions on a short (6 - 12 weeks) or longer term basis. I support both individuals and couples in identifying their needs and hopes so they can move forward and experience balance and fulfilment. I offer a confidential and supportive space with understanding, healing and change.
There can be difficult periods or moments when we experience both mental and physical pain and this is the time to reach out and seek the help and support you deserve. You can contact me by phone or email.
