Finding a balance between work, relationships and family can be difficult especially in these challenging times. Through our work together I can help you gain an increased sense of well-being, control and resilience. There are many reasons why we reach out for help in times of confusion and pain and you do not have to be alone.
I offer face to face, telephone and online sessions on a short (6 - 12 weeks) or longer term basis. I support both individuals and couples in identifying their needs and hopes so they can move forward and experience balance and fulfilment. I offer a confidential and supportive space with understanding, healing and change.
