Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my profile. I offer Counselling to couples and individuals on Tuesday and Wednesdays day and evening sessions. I offer support with issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, bereavement and loss and coping with life's difficulties. I work with adults aged 18 and over. I also offer single session therapy so if you just want one session to talk through an issue that's OK too. Whatever the issue might be let's have chat about it and see if we can work together to help you through.
I am a Person Centred Counsellor and use some CBT techniques, and also work relationally with couples or two people in a family relationship.
Life can be challenging for all of us and sometimes we need some help to get through a difficult situation or cope with difficulties as they arise. I provide a safe space for you to explore your concerns, worries or problems and find a way forward.
