I specialise in relationship issues and also offer counselling to help with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement/loss and generally coping with whatever life throws at us. You may not even know why don't feel OK, whatever the issue might be let's have chat about it and see if we can work together to help you. I offer Counselling to couples and individuals aged 18 and over with sessions available on Mondays (evening) Tuesdays (day & evening) and Wednesdays (day).
I trained as a Person Centred Counsellor and use some integrative techniques, and also work relationally with couples or two people in any kind of relationship. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) to help with trauma and other issues. I can see you face to face (Weeping Cross area of Stafford) and/or online via Zoom.
Life can be challenging for all of us and sometimes we need some help to get through a difficult situation or cope with challenges as they arise. I know it's hard to reach out and ask for support, having someone impartial to talk to can really help you to think about issues differently and increase self awareness and feel more able to make changes.
