Hi there, I'm Maria. If you've found yourself here, you might be grappling with great pain, change, loss, or simply a sense that something within needs tending to. Whatever the cause, I believe therapy to be a relational encounter which can foster a deeper understanding of our inner worlds, including the challenges we face or the patterns that keep us stuck. As a therapist, I offer a warm and non-judgmental space from which we can explore what's going on for you. Working together, my goal is to walk alongside you in your process of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
Informed by both psychodynamic and person-centred traditions, my approach is non-directive, relational, and compassionate. Although I view my practice as working with the whole person in front of me, I bring experience working with issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties, identity & self-esteem, loss & life transitions.
