My specialism is EMDR for PTSD/ complex trauma, which includes depression, anxiety disorders, relational issues and problems with emotional regulation. I work for the NHS as a psychotherapist at The Royal Sussex County Hospital, and for 2 years was the young person's therapist for survivors of sexual violence/ abuse at Survivors Network
I am an accredited EMDR therapist with a core training in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy. I have an attachment focussed, trauma informed approach for treating PTSD or the varying degrees of trauma symptoms; including panic attacks, sleep problems, hypervigilance/ feeling 'stuck' and experiencing reminders of distressing events.
