Hi, I'm Maria. As a depth and trauma psychotherapist, I am passionate about supporting creatives, deep thinkers, high achievers, and big feelers to live more authentically and create meaning that ripples outward into their lives and work. Many of my clients are creatively minded or neurodivergent (ADHD/AuDHD), often navigating shifts in their identity, career turning points, relationships breakdowns, spiritual openings, or significant inner transitions that call for depth and alignment with their true selves.

My approach is depth-oriented, integrative, somatic, and creative. This is ideal for those who want to understand the unconscious forces shaping their lives and make meaningful, lasting change. Our work may include dreamwork, guided visualisations, inner parts, and trauma-informed embodiment practices that cultivate safety, clarity, and authenticity.
