I am a BPS Chartered & HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist trained across the Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) approaches. I use the best of all these approaches to provide you sessions that are tailored to you.
