About
Are you longing to feel truly listened to and understood? We all deserve to be heard. Whether you are struggling to cope with a recent life event or your relationship is in crisis, seeking professional help is the first step in realising that something better awaits you. Perhaps you don’t realise it yet, but counselling can be surprisingly liberating – even life changing.
I specialise in helping people overcome their personal barriers to creating and living more harmoniously with themselves, as well as loved ones. We all want and deserve to have fulfilling relationships but unfortunately all too often we end up hurting those we love through self sabotaging behaviour and not being able to understand why we react the way we do.
The idea of talking to a complete stranger about your problems may feel strange. Perhaps you fear not being understood and that this will add to your distress? I am warm and welcoming and treat all my clients with respect and kindness. Working with the ‘whole person’ and not the ‘label’ is my philosophy and this lies at the heart of my counselling approach.
