I am a qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated CBT psychotherapist. I hold my private practice in Edinburgh and work therapeutically in English and in Greek. I am passionate about supporting people in their journey of making meaningful and long-lasting changes in order to live a more fulfilling life. I work therapeutically with children, young people, adults, couples and families in an integrative way, combining elements of CBT, Person-centred approach, Systemic Family Therapy and Creative Therapies.
We can work together as a team in a respectful, confidential space to explore and challenge your unhelpful thinking patterns and improve the way you feel. I strongly believe that you 'hold the key' and I am here to help you 'open the door' to the exciting, new life of the person you've always wanted to be.
