I’m Maria — a passionate and dedicated neurodivergent counsellor specialising in trauma, ADHD, autism, life transitions, and the menopause experience. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what’s holding you back and begin to reconnect with your strengths, confidence, and potential.
I believe healing is deeply personal. Therapy should move at your pace — never rushed, never forced — but grounded in respect for your readiness and resilience. Together, we’ll explore your story, understand what truly matters to you, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is gentle, integrative, and trauma-informed. I draw on a pluralistic model blending elements of person-centred, neurodivergent-affirming, and strength-based practice to meet each client as an individual. I also integrate ideas from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic awareness where helpful, supporting you to build emotional understanding
I see therapy as a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been silenced by stress, trauma, or expectation. My aim is to create a calm, compassionate space where you feel safe to explore, understand, and grow never rushed, always grounded in respect for your readiness and resilience.
