I have been in private practice for over 15 years. I gained extensive experience working in various setting such as Rape and Sexual Abuse centre in Guildford, GP surgery and a Drug and Alcohol charity. Working in these settings increased my knowledge and understanding with working with a variety of mental health issues around trauma, depression, anxiety and addictions. I have a particular interest in working with abuse (childhood, emotional and physical) and issues around relationship difficulties particularly toxic relationships. I offer both long and short term therapy depending on your specific needs.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with toxic and abusive relationships particularly with a narcissistic partner/parent/friendship. I can help you understand abusive behaviour within relationships in order for you to make informed decisions. I also have experience working with historical and current rape including those going to trial
