How We Survive: Our minds and bodies work hard to protect us during stressful times. But when survival mode becomes normal, we experience a compromised version of ourselves. Find Your Authentic Voice! I help you identify these hidden patterns, examine old habits, and build new routines for genuine self-expression. Sessions are provided in English and Greek.

I help people whose nervous system is stuck in survival mode. Fight/Flight/Freeze and Fawn. I use art techniques, shadow and parts work (IFS) and body based approaches to move from hypervigilance to safety. I invite you into a safe space, free of judgement and criticism to explore and find the roots of dysregulation. You do not have to be alone!

Choosing to step into therapy is a huge decision. You might wonder if I am going to step in and fix everything for you. The truth is, I cannot directly fix the painful areas of your life because true healing comes from within you.
