I am an integrative counsellor trained in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as Relational therapy. The work we do will be tailored to your needs as there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to counselling. I work with both children and adults.

I love meeting and working with new people and I get a great amount of job satisfaction as I enjoy helping my clients work towards their goals and seeing them grow during therapy becoming more confident and able to take on life.
