Hi my name is Maria and I offer a safe, confidential space for clients who feel vulnerable, and want to explore feelings . difficult emotions , and challenges they not understand , I can recall when I had all those thoughts and feelings and sought counselling. This was a very hard time in my life and I struggled to think I would ever feel differently ,but I had my own therapy and the experience was positive . Supporting clients with their journey, looking at different choices , awareness and a deeper understanding and positive outcomes . It would be good to have a chat to see if we can explore this together.
I have studied many years in Transactional Analysis as my core modality, but also have a passion for integration of different modalities. Working with modalities that work with clients on an individual basis to meet a clients different needs.
I am here to listen, to want understand your story and concerns and look at them together. To grow and develop the trust and understanding building on the therapeutic relationship.
