Are you feeling tangled up in your thoughts, emotions, or life events? Maybe you or your young person has a nervous system experiencing shutdowns or meltdowns at home or school? Or perhaps life feels like it's swirling around you, and you don't know where to turn, and would you like help to understand what is going on.
I work with clients who are;
-Experiencing anxiety around school, college or work.
-Exploring their neurodivergence through diagnostic pathways and self-discovery.
-Experiencing grief, loss and bereavement.
-Exploring their identity, life, purpose, values and sense of self.
I have a strong person-centred core, and work in an integrative way to tailor therapy to your needs. I offer creative and expressive psychotherapy, online or face-to-face. I work with children 8+, young people, and adults.
I have lived experience of exploring a neurodivergent way of being, and will offer psychoeducation to help self-understanding.
We can work together to explore your anxiety, existential thinking, bereavements, and nervous systems to untangle beliefs, ideals, and values and support you in developing a greater sense of who you are and what you need and want from life.
