I am a trained counsellor and life coach, with a Batchelor degree in Counselling/Psychotherapy and a Level 5 in Life Coaching, providing face-to-face and online therapy, depending on your preference. I work with regular supervision to ensure that I am practicing safely and ethically. I help all age groups with a variety of challenges, including anxiety disorder, OCD, depression, ADHD and autism, various degrees of trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, burnout, grievance, relationship and family difficulties, specialised in victims of narcissistic abuse. I am fluent in Spanish.
I am an integrative counsellor meaning I use different approaches to meet the client's needs, such as cognitive based therapy (DBT and CBT), Psychodynamic and Person-Centred approach, combined with Mindful Meditation to generally reduce stress and boost mood and resilience when facing adversity. I am here to help you find solutions to your problems.
My own life experience and qualifications have given me the privilege of being able to offer you a place to share your thoughts and feelings in a professional, confidential and judgmental free environment.
