I am a trained counsellor and life coach and a registered member of Addiction Professionals and ACCPH, providing face-to-face and online therapy, depending on your preference. I work with regular supervision to ensure that I am practicing safely and ethically and help all age groups with a variety of challenges, including anxiety disorder, OCD, depression, ADHD and autism, various degrees of trauma including PTSD and complex PTSD, burnout, grievance, relationship and family difficulties, specialised in victims of narcissistic abuse. I am fluent in Spanish.
I am an integrative counsellor meaning that I use different approaches to meet the client's needs, such as cognitive based therapy (DBT and CBT), Psychodynamic and Person-Centred approach, combined with Mindful Meditation to generally reduce stress and boost mood and resilience when facing adversity. I am here to help you find solutions to your problems.
My own life experience and qualifications have given me the privilege of being able to offer you a place to share your thoughts and feelings in a professional, confidential and judgmental free environment.
