I am core Person Centred using CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and use skills that are appropriate for each client. Each session is tailored for my client and you lead each session. I never push you to talk about something you do not want to explore. I work with Adults and Children. .
I specialise in Domestic Violence, Trauma and Sexual Violence I also work with day to day issues. Making the first contact is difficult but getting support can be life changing. Front Line Key Workers are offered reduced rate counselling through the NCPS Key Worker Scheme. Offices in Leigh on Sea and Rochford are disability friendly
