Sometimes in our life and when we least expect it we feel low and everything is a struggle. We do not realise that this could have been building for a while. I am core Person Centred but also use CBT, Solution Focused Therapy. As a counsellor I see myself as more integrative and will use skills that are appropriate for each client. Each session is tailored for my client and you lead each session. I never push you to talk about something you do not want to explore. I work with Adults and Children.
I specialise in Domestic Violence, Trauma and Sexual Violence but also work with day to day issues. Making the first contact is difficult but getting support can be life changing.
