Welcome – I'm a Counselling Psychologist based just outside Dunfermline, with 20 years of experience in both the NHS and private sector.
I work alongside people to help make sense of emotional distress and identify meaningful ways to move forward. Therapy can offer a supportive space to explore unhelpful life patterns — the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that keep us stuck — and to develop greater awareness, understanding, and tools for change.
