With 20 years experience, I work with people who want to build a warm, confidential and trusting relationship with a skilled professional, with you at the heart of the work. I have a PG Dip in Systemic Practice, an Adv Dip Integrative Counselling, Dip in Counselling, Certificate in Couples Counselling, Certs in Counselling Studies and Skills.
I work with you to find solutions to improve your experience of life, to improve relationships through counselling and psychotherapy, managing anxiety, dealing with overwhelm and to lead a more full life. Using EMDR where appropriate, I work ethically within the BACP Ethical Framework and the Code of Practice for AFT, Association for Family Therapy.
