With 20 years experience, I've worked with people who want to build a warm, confidential and trusting relationship with a skilled, capable, qualified professional, with you at the heart of the work. I have a PG Dip in Systemic Practice, an Adv Dip Integrative Counselling, Dip in Counselling, Certificate in Couples Counselling, Certs in Counselling Studies and Skills. My training is trauma informed, I'm able to work with ancestral issues. I work with you to find solutions to improve your experience of life, to improve relationships through counselling and psychotherapy, managing anxiety, dealing with overwhelm and to lead a more full life. Using EMDR where appropriate, I work ethically within the BACP Ethical Framework and the Code of Practice for AFT, Association for Family Therapy.
I understand how challenging life can be at times and I know how much of a relief it is to work with a skilled therapist. Only you can do this work but you do not have to do it alone.
