I have worked closely with Mental Health. I am a qualified Adult and Child Counsellor using a Person Centred, Proactive approach, Play Therapy, Trauma informed process and attachment disorder therapy. I do support individuals to explore and manage their mental and emotional issues. I am non-judgemental and I will support individuals to make changes they wish and come to their own conclusions. I believe everyone has the potential to grow to reach their full potential, you will learn to set your own goals. Using a holistic approach highlights and encourages clients' strengths.
I can support individuals to explore their worriers, and offer them further sessions or sign post them for more specific support.
