But in return within a 121 safe, confidential and trusting space you will be allowed access (door only needs to be ajar) to my 10 years of mental health experience I provide talking therapies where I use different integrated approaches humanistic, CBT or psychodynamic depending on client needs.
I can incorporate sandplay therapy into the sessions which can explore thoughts and feelings in a different way. Creative therapy is gentle & soothing but yet very powerful in the aid of communication & healing. I offer online telephone or 121 sessions
My passion is to help others and help you recognise struggles, challenges and internal pain grew from my darker days.
