About
No matter what current life problems you are facing; whether they be emotional, physical, relationship, bereavement, trauma or employment related issues, talking it through with a qualified counselling professional can help you make sense of your situation and move forward.
As an integrative counsellor, with experience of working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, sight loss, relationship issues, and childhood trauma, I offer a warm, honest and compassionate approach currently working on-line in response to Covid 19 virus.
Taking that first step can be daunting, but we will work at a pace that you feel comfortable with and you will always be in control of what you want to work on in any session. I'll tailor my approach to suit you, giving you the best opportunity to achieve the results you want.
