I am a person-centred pluralistic psychotherapist, supervisor, trainer, yoga teacher, and shamanic practitioner. I specialise in working with symptoms and origins of trauma, loss, relationship, and LGBTQIA+, issues, and their effects on poor mental health. I attempt to meet clients' individual needs to move towards inner and outer growth and resilience.
I meet people where they're at, with an open mind, realness, and underpinned by a personal understanding of experiencing life and overcoming its challenges. I hope to co-create a collaborative relationship and bespoke experience for each person or group leading to self-discovery and finding meaningful choices within a purposeful life.
