My role as a therapist is to work alongside you, offering a supportive, non-judgemental space where we can gently explore what you are experiencing at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Together we can address difficulties such as anxiety, hyper-vigilance, depression, dissociation, intrusive thoughts, addiction, and related challenges. I support you in building internal balance, strengthening emotional regulation, managing stress, and working through trauma, life transitions, and relational difficulties.
My integrative approach draws from MBET, AEDP, ACT, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and IFS-informed practice, alongside somatic therapies. This supports deeper awareness of your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and internal processes, helping integrate mind and body in healing from trauma, attachment wounds, and addictive patterns.
From feeling stuck and unable to move forward in pursuit of goals, overwhelmed with emotions, feelings, or sensations, which render us at times almost unable to breath, taking that first step to seek help, can be very daunting. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions about therapy, my approach or arrange a free introductory call or zoom
