Hi I'm Marc and I have a Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy. Engaging in counselling is an act of courage and can be a rewarding and healing experience. I believe that every one of us has the capacity to change and become the best they can be. Coming to therapy can feel like a big decision and finding the right therapist for you can sometimes feel like a daunting task. I believe that the therapy relationship is key to personal growth, feeling understood, supported and helped through challenging and distressing life experiences.
I provide a space to explore what is going on in your life. Any issue, big or small is valued, together we can work through anything from daily struggles to deep-rooted issues. In a fast-paced world, with constant pressures on us, it can be difficult to find the emotional and physical space for yourself and your feelings. This is what I can help you with.
I know that the first step in seeking support can be the hardest. You want to find a therapist who meets your needs and who you feel comfortable with. I offer a free 30 minute consultation session to all new clients to see whether we would be a good fit to work together. I work with clients online or in person from my studio in Somerset.
