I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working across NHS and private practice settings. I specialise in working with trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD. I have also supported many adults through recovery with anxiety, low mood and other common mental health difficulties.
My approach is warm, compassionate and evidence-based. I provide a safe and collaborative space where you can feel understood, process difficult memories and develop new ways of coping. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create a life that feels less restricted by the past.
