About
Are you feeling confused, stuck, in low spirits, struggling with choices? Perhaps you’re finding it difficult to manage your feelings or feel you could be living more fully. We all face challenging times in our lives when it can be hard to find our way. I offer professional, confidential counselling with warmth, understanding, sensitivity and respect for people of diverse identities and backgrounds. I aim to work with you in a safe, supportive way, without judgement, to build a trusting relationship, and explore the difficulties you face.
I am a BACP-registered, fully qualified integrative counsellor. I see each client as an individual – and so each person’s counselling is different. I draw on a range of approaches to work with you in the most useful way. I draw also on many years of creative work.
You might have found ways of surviving, perhaps in response to difficulties, which may no longer be helpful. I see our task as working together to support you to find your own way to unblock things that are getting in your way. Then you can live more fully, with more energy and ease.
