I am an integrative counsellor, which in plain English means I use a variety of counselling methods and will use a mix of all to benefit your situation. As a NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, I can also offer access to different tools that will make you look at aspects in your life with a different perspective/solution.
