I work using Transactional Analysis, which says that everyone is OK, can think for themselves and has permission to change their minds. Whether we work face-face, online, or walk & talk, we'll work together, in a safe, and private space, where you can express how you think, feel and behave. We work with what's in the space between us. No judgements.
I work Integratively, as well as applying Transactional Analysis techniques. I also work creatively using Sand Tray, picture cards and drawing. I use Mindfulness too - effective when you're feeling particularly anxious, or worry about factors outside your control.
