Life can be tough sometimes, and if you're feeling stuck, talking to a professional can really help you. Low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, loss and bereavement, or just not knowing why you're feeling the way you do. I believe everyone can choose to live their lives and relationships in a positive and fulfilled way. I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor in TA Practice, with many years of client experience. I'm here..... I'm listening. Please contact me to arrange an initial no-obligation meeting to find out if we can work together. I look forward to hearing from you.
I work in a compassionate and non-judgemental way, whether we work face-face in the room, online, or walk & talk. We'll work together, in a safe, and private space, where you can express how you think, feel and behave. We work with what's in the space between us. If you're fed up of holding on to 'stuff', maybe it's time to release it safely.
I work Integratively, as well as applying Transactional Analysis techniques. I also work creatively using Sand Tray, picture cards and drawing where appropriate. I use Mindfulness too - effective when you're feeling particularly anxious, or worry about factors outside your control.
