Hello and Welcome. My name is Mandy, I'm from Ireland and I specialise in Bereavement counselling. Nobody can prepare you for the emotional devastation of losing a loved one. Maybe you are struggling with haunting memories from their last days, feeling guilty about things you feel you should have done differently or should have said or struggling to imagine how to live life without them. People often say everyone grieves differently, and they are right. It's not only every person grieves differently but every loss can feel different too.
Bereavement counselling can help you understand and process your painful and sometimes complex emotions. For many people, it’s helpful to understand that these emotions are completely normal and part of your grieving process. Bereavement counselling can support you while you learn how to live life without your loved one in it.
Many people come to counselling not knowing what to expect, where to begin and if it will help. Sometimes people wonder if they will be able to open up to a stranger. This in itself can create feelings of anxiety. For this reason I offer a free 30 minute consultation so we can explore what working with me will look like and if its right for you.
