As a Clinical Psychologist, I've trained in a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic models. This broad experience allows me to tailor an approach that truly fits your unique needs. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with a special interest in Schema Therapy, as well as formal training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and experience delivering Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) interventions.
My background includes extensive work within the NHS with children and adults, treating a range of psychological difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.
