Life throws all of us many challenges around changes, relationships, work and health - we cope well with these most of the time. Sometimes we cannot, which can lead to feeling negative emotions such as anxiety, anger, guilt, shame and depression. These disturb us, keep us stuck and stop us achieving our goals. I passionately believe these can be overcome with caring, empathetic, non-judgemental and practical support. This brings around positive change for clients to help move on, achieve personal goals, enjoy life to its fullest, have fun and experience joy.
My approach is to fully understand clients and their unhealthy beliefs that cause disturbance. A healthier set of beliefs is built that fundamentally shifts the way clients think and feel. I apply life and professional insights to bring around real measurable changes. Achieving results for clients, and preventing disturbance for them again matters to me.
The first step is to fully listen and understand you as a person and key life events, then assess your emotions and problems. Together, we agree clear goals and achieve these through straight talking, challenge and some homework. I'm keen to build a solid client relationship based on empathy, trust and much care.
