Hi, I'm Rajie, an Integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and a life coach and I offer service across UK and outside UK both in English & Tamil. When you feel like you are stuck, struggling with problems, don't know if you're on the right path, I'm here to offer a safe and non judgemental environment where I will help you with your personal growth and to empower yourself. My approach will be based on person centred & psychodynamic theories, however I will plan my services including life coaching and cognitive behavioural therapy, depending on what clients' needs as I believe that every individual & their problems is different.
If you are struggling with depression, low self esteem, relationships, stress, loneliness, family pressure, peer pressure, social stigma, self worth, anger, life changing incidents, self doubt, children with disabilities, cultural differences I am here to help.
I am empathic, patient & completely non judgemental, offering your own space to explore your feelings & emotions. We will be working together and we will explore difficulties from the past and present and how they affect your life. This will lead to new insights and to greater understanding and self-acceptance. We will also be working on empowering yourself.
