Are you someone who has struggled to find a genuinely safe, understanding and inclusive therapeutic or reflective space? I offer individual and group-based interventions for people over 16 experiencing complex trauma, emotional overcontrol and relationship problems in their personal or professional lives. It may be important for you to know that I am a neurodivergent woman from a mixed ethnic and cultural background.
