Whether you're looking for a place to talk through your worries, are experiencing difficult changes, or want to explore more of who you are, I offer a relaxed, accepting space where you can simply be yourself. I take a genuine, human approach to counselling that meets you where you are at. I have 500+ hours of counselling experience and hold a level 5 certificate in working with children and young people. I have worked in mental health services for 7+ years, supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders and complex needs. I also work with many clients who identify or are diagnosed autistic and/or ADHD.
I have found my specialism in working with adults who feel unheard or unseen as a result of their history and/or identity. I am a neurodivergent therapist, with a background in relationship diversity. I provide a space where you can feel safe to explore who you are, the struggles you have faced and begin a journey of self-acceptance and growth.
