As well as General Individual Counselling and Relapse Prevention, I specialise in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) which provides skills for managing emotions. I can also provide individual Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills sessions.
All of my counselling sessions take place in the privacy of your own home. I will visit any area in a 20 mile radius of Lincoln. (Video Online also available) I am now in my 29th year of counselling and previously I have worked in Addictions and Mental Health Services.
